Bookings and voucher orders are subject to a contract with Sakura Spa GmbH, Poststrasse 14, 9000 St. Gallen, commercial register number CHE-338.570.885. All orders are binding. By placing an order, the customer enters into a valid purchase agreement with Sakura Spa GmbH and is obligated to pay for and accept the goods. Customers will be notified of each voucher order via email. By clicking the "Terms and Conditions" box during the ordering process in the voucher webshop, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. When purchasing a voucher, the customer accepts the valid terms and conditions.<\/p>

All vouchers are value vouchers<\/strong>
If you purchase a voucher for a treatment, this is considered a suggestion for the recipient. They can book another treatment for the same voucher value at any time, or even a higher-priced treatment, and the difference can be paid on site when redeeming the voucher.<\/p>

All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. <\/strong><\/p>

We adhere to all legal regulations and offer you maximum flexibility when redeeming vouchers. Vouchers cannot be returned for cash. The shipping costs for vouchers sent by post are CHF 4.50. These shipping costs are not included in the voucher price, but are charged in addition to the voucher value. We endeavour to keep our online offers up to date at all times and to send the ordered vouchers, which are not printed online but are to be sent by post, by A-Post immediately upon receipt of payment, normally within two working days, but we cannot accept any liability for this.
