Location & Directions
You can find us in the city center (Poststrasse 14), just a 4-minute walk from the main train station. An elevator will take you directly to the 2nd floor above Café L'Ultimo.

The following parking garages are available in the immediate vicinity:
Manor parking garage: Hintere SchĂĽtzengasse 2, 9000 St. Gallen
Cityparking station: Lagerstrasse, 9000 St. Gallen
Cancellation conditions
If you are unable to keep your appointment, the following rules apply:
- Up to 48 hours before the appointment: no cancellation fees
- Up to 24 hours before the appointment: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: full amount of the service
Pregnancy massages
Your safety and that of your child are our top priority. Massage is not possible in certain medical conditions (contraindications).
Your obligation to cooperate: Please carefully review the medical history form before booking. If any contraindications exist, we kindly ask you to refrain from booking or to clarify these medically beforehand.
Expiry of treatment fee: If we have to cancel an appointment because contraindications only become apparent during the consultation, we will have to charge 100 % for the appointment. We ask for your understanding that we cannot reschedule the reserved time and team at short notice in such cases.
Arrive
To fully enjoy your treatment, we kindly ask you to arrive on time. If you are late, your treatment time will unfortunately be shortened to avoid waiting for subsequent guests.

You can book our treatments at Sakura Spa at the following times.
Monday – Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Closed on Sundays and public holidays in the canton of St. Gallen (New Year's Day (January 1st), Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Swiss National Day (August 1st), All Saints' Day (November 1st), Christmas Day (December 25th) and St. Stephen's Day (December 26th).

Vouchers
In our voucher webshop You can purchase vouchers for treatments or gift certificates. Choose whether you would like to receive the voucher immediately and print it at home, or order it by mail. You can pay in our voucher webshop with Visa, Mastercard, PostFinance Card, or by prepayment invoice.
